By accessing this document, you are being given access to confidential and unpublished information relating to the EnterHuman project, including its concepts, business model, product and technical architecture, methods, research, strategy, functionality, development directions, and other materials presented in this document.
At the time of disclosure, the EnterHuman project and the intellectual property embodied in the materials presented here are owned by Branko Dimitrijević, except for any third-party materials or rights expressly identified as such.
If both parties decide to build EnterHuman together as a formal business venture, they will do so as co-founders of a new company. The relevant EnterHuman intellectual property will then be transferred to that company under terms mutually agreed upon and signed by the co-founders.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to predetermine the ownership structure of any future joint venture, company, partnership, or other business relationship.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree that:
Access to this document does not transfer or grant any ownership right, license, or other intellectual property right in the EnterHuman project, its name, concepts, documentation, designs, technology, methods, or other intellectual property.
Access is granted solely for the purpose of reviewing the materials for the reason for which they were made available to you.
The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement remain in effect for five years from the date of acceptance.
Information that qualifies as a trade secret remains confidential for as long as it retains trade-secret status under applicable law.
